As of the week to Oct. 27, the CFTC reported COMEX gold speculators cut net-long positions by 1,283 contracts to 107,404; silver speculators cut net-longs by 844 contracts to 2,902; copper speculators cut net-longs by 7,577 contracts to 40,432.
