R&F Properties said it is maintaining normal operations and pursuing market-based measures to resolve its risk exposure. The company will continue communicating with holders of the "20 R&F PPN001" note, respond to holders’ requests and pursue multiple channels to raise funds for debt repayment to protect holder rights. R&F said it aims to reach a holder-approved disposal plan as soon as possible, will monitor developments and take measures to limit adverse effects on operations and repayment capacity, and will make disclosures as required by law.
