Chongqing Intellectual Property Office said Zhang Xue Motorcycles' core trademarks, including the English mark ZXMOTO, have been formally registered. The company's overseas brand head said the Chinese-language trademark was registered earlier and the English mark had faced hurdles during registration. Completing the English registration, the company said, allows it to expand trademark filings overseas, noting WIPO and single-country filings typically require a domestic registration as a basis.
