China A-share connected-vehicle stocks jumped after media reported relevant departments are advancing work on a mandatory standard to require vehicles be fitted with C‑V2X (cellular V2X). Jinyi Technology hit the daily limit, Wanji Technology rose more than 14%, and Hongquan Technology, Chuangyuan Xinke, Gaoxinxing and Wantong Technology also gained.
