Dutch prime minister said the cabinet is closely monitoring a PHP vulnerability. The National Cyber Security Centre advised immediate patching and taking vulnerable systems offline until remediation is complete. Public services including DigiD and MijnOverheid will be taken offline and restored only after they are secured.
