The International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) confirmed on Oct. 17 that Yemen's Houthi forces released 159 conflict-related detainees. The ICRC said it did not decide who or how many were released and remains available, at parties' request, to act as a neutral intermediary to assist or support future releases, transfers and repatriations of detainees related to the Yemen conflict.
