A senior official from MOFCOM’s Europe Department said the two sides will accelerate implementation of outcomes from the second trade and investment consultation and agreed to hold the mechanism’s third meeting in March 2027. Both sides will maintain close, multi-level contact ahead of that meeting, including a minister-level video conference in January.
