Hong Kong stocks fell in early trade, with the Hang Seng slipping below 24,000 and down 2.64% by midday; the Hang Seng Tech index was down 2.45%. Banks and techs led losses: HSBC -4.8%, Standard Chartered -5.6%; Alibaba -2%, Baidu -3%, Bilibili -4.7%. Auto sector was mixed: SERES +8%, Li Auto and XPeng each down >4%, NIO +1.2%.
