China Vice President Han Zheng met Cambodian King Norodom Sihamoni and Queen Mother Monineath in Beijing on Sept. 22. Han conveyed President Xi Jinping’s and Peng Liyuan’s greetings, said bilateral ties are entering a new phase toward an all‑weather China‑Cambodia community of shared future under Xi and Sihamoni’s strategic guidance, and pledged to work with Cambodia to implement leaders’ agreements.
