Hang Seng rose 0.36% to 25,131.75 at midday after an early intraday spike; the Hang Seng Tech Index outperformed, up 0.99% to 4,467.27. Market turnover was HKD 146.06 bln. Tech names led gains, innovative-drug stocks were active, mainland property names weakened and AI application plays showed mixed performance. Movers: Tencent Holdings (00700.HK) +6.6% at mid-session, Alibaba Group (09988.HK) +2.93%, Zhipu (02513.HK) -5.42%, WuXi AppTec (02359.HK) flat.
