A survey of 16 strategists shows the most bullish September outlook for European equities since 2018. The median year‑end target for the Stoxx Europe 600 is 670, implying roughly 5% upside from Wednesday’s close. Respondents said strong corporate earnings and a wave of government spending should offset damage from surging oil prices and rising bond yields that triggered a recent pullback. Panmure Liberum is the most bullish, forecasting a 10% gain to year‑end; Deka Bank raised its target and no institution cut targets. SOCGEN is the most bearish with an unchanged 600 target. The survey mean is 654, below the median.
