Sept. 17 — Doubao and Volcano Engine launched an AI-native in-car assistant, Doubao Cockpit Assistant. The system is integrated through a partnership with SAIC Motor; the first model equipped, the Roewe Jiayue 07, is set to begin presales, and SAIC Audi models with the assistant will debut within the year. Additional models and features are scheduled to roll out during the year.
