MOFCOM and eight other departments issued a notice on measures to boost auto aftermarket consumption, directing establishment of a formal management framework for vehicle modifications. Authorities will draft policies to promote the auto modification market, introduce tiered and classified supervision, publish a catalogue of permitted modification projects, and refine vehicle inspection and change-of-registration requirements.
MOFCOM and eight other ministries issued measures to boost auto aftermarket consumption, calling for stronger insurance support. The notice directs implementation of prior guidance to deepen reform, strengthen supervision and promote high-quality development of new-energy vehicle (NEV) insurance. It requires improving auto insurance protection and service levels, establishing a comprehensive insurance vehicle-model grading system, expanding product supply with ‘basic + variable’ bundled policies, and piloting a vehicle-battery separation insurance model.

It also calls for deeper integration of commerce, culture, tourism, sports and health, linking auto events with local tourism assets to create curated travel-with-events routes and broaden consumption scenarios.

【韩国产业部长：与欧盟就钢铁免税进口配额达成积极共识】金十数据6月23日讯，据韩联社报道，韩国产业通商部长官金正官22日表示，在与欧盟就韩国产钢铁的关税配额进行磋商的过程中达成了积极共识。据悉，欧盟将于7月1日起实施新规，将每年免税进口钢铁的配额从目前的3382万吨减少46%至1835万吨，并对超出配额的进口钢铁的关税税率从目前的25%上调至50%。就此，韩国政府不断与欧盟展开磋商，以最大限度获取钢铁免税进口配额。金正官表示，目前韩国获得的免税配额为258万吨左右，欧盟方面承诺即便减少韩产钢铁进口配额，其降幅也将不会达到46%，但具体数值未提。对于韩方是否作出退让的提问，金正官表示，韩方未作特别的让步，并强烈表态称，欧盟此举违反自由贸易协定，韩方也可采取报复性措施。
港股汽车股午后走低，小鹏集团(09868.HK)、理想汽车(02015.HK)跌超4%，比亚迪股份(01211.HK)跌超3%，零跑汽车(09863.HK)跌超2%。

Louis Navellier (Navellier & Associates) says Fed Chair Kevin Warsh is attempting to shift the Fed’s policy narrative by forming staff-level working groups to improve inf forecasting and track non-inf productivity growth. Navellier says narrative change will take time and may first show up in upcoming Beige Book reports. Warsh announced last week working groups to study communication, the balance sheet, data sources, productivity and employment, and inf.
