【尹锡悦涉嫌妨碍逮捕案三审被判有期徒刑7年】金十数据7月9日讯，当地时间9日下午，韩国大法院（最高法院）就前总统尹锡悦在紧急戒严事件后，涉嫌动用总统警卫部门阻止韩国执法机构对其实施抓捕一案等进行宣判，尹锡悦获刑7年。这是尹锡悦身负多项涉紧急戒严事件的司法案件中，韩国大法院首次作出的三审判断。尹锡悦被指在2024年底发动紧急戒严后，于2025年初动用总统警卫部门阻止韩国高级公职人员犯罪调查处等机构对其实施抓捕。韩国首尔中央地方法院2026年1月对此案进行一审宣判，尹锡悦获刑5年；随后二审阶段首尔高等法院于2026年4月进行宣判，尹锡悦获刑7年。
